I’m a personal trainer, former swim competitor and LA Native, SHOUT OUT TO HOLLYWOOD! Before swimming, I was overweight and self conscious. It was the desire to swim faster that made me get serious about my fitness. I’d soon find that becoming disciplined was what helped me break out of my shell. Once I stopped competing, and no longer had a prize to reach for, I realized I had to go deeper within myself to become the person I wanted to be. I started resistance training, and well, the rest is history. I love this feeling of empowerment so much that I want to share it with others. I concentrate on pushing through clients’ fears by developing confidence in their form and pair that with an exercise style that best compliments their body. Though we all love to look great, I make sure that we recognize that our overall wellbeing depends on movement and personal development. I believe the goal is to help people realize the strength they hold in themselves. I use fitness as a form of therapy for my body and mind - making sure my muscles and determination are aligned to push myself. To put it simply, I’m a happier person when I workout, and I think many others would find the same to be true if they were encouraged to move. So, let’s move, let’s push..
