SKEELA STRONG PHILOSOPHY

Reaching your fitness goals—whether it is losing weight, building muscle, or maintaining your physicality—is as much a mental endeavor as it is physical. I am here to build up both your mind and body. Gym culture can be intimidating which discourages us from reaching our full potential. I want to change that.

 

Our health is not something we should take for granted. It shapes how we move in this world literally and metaphorically. Maintaining our health effectively must be done with intention. Fitness is a PRACTICE. I am here to make sure you enjoy this practice! 

 

I believe being fit, healthy, and happy are basic human rights. I will give you the tools you need to feel self-assured in your technique everywhere you go. Education is key, and I believe a great coach will teach you how to move in and out of your sessions.
